The other thing is the modern apartment is cheaper than huge house. The modern apartment has more car garages than small older apartment. 
Also, modern apartment isn't as cheap as small older apartment.

Spacious modern apartment is bigger than small older apartment but small apartment is the nearest to the subway station. Also, older apartment isn't as modern as spacious apartment.
