I think that only the students that were not being appropriate with the sticks should not be able to play with sticks. I think that playing sticks at recess and ruining it for everyone is equality because even though only certain students were playing with them doesn't mean that everybody can't play with them.

One thing I have heard is that this rule was created because Warren is understaffed, but I have also been told that sticks may "Make you sick from germs on them", "Give you injuries" and/or "be perceived as a threat".
