1. My country is in Phase 4 of the Demographic Transition Model.

2. I know this because the lower part of the pyramid is slowly shrinking, while the upper part, from age 35 and above has been increasing rapidly. This indicates lower growth in the country's population. Low Growth indicates Stage 4 of the demographic model, not Stage 1, because there is an abundance of the elderly, and a shortage of the young, not a low measure of both.

3. In regards to population, I fear my country maybe facing several issues, including labor shortage, a lack of young people to work, negative population, and an economic deterioration, caused by lack of laborers in the country, which will in turn result in a negative population. There will be a change in roles, ad adult children will start to have to take care of their old parents.
