It might help us for example, someone in a business wants to be organized so they won't waste any time. But if you are not organized you will waste time trying to find stuff and be un professional.

Data Management is the information that you know, you put in the graph. For Example: pie graph, bar graph, etc... You can compare with the other data you have and you can see which data is the greatest and the least. Also when you do Data Management in a pictograph, you need a key to represent the item. When you do a pie graph it fits in with fractions because when you are comparing with other information, you can see if it's 1/4, 2/3 etc... When you are doing a bar graph, you need 3 titles, and the numbers on the left side. How might this information help you is you can understand the data more clearly, if you are sharing the information, the reader will understand the information and it's faster to read the data
