The scene begins with young African-American's being taught to be calm,cool, and collected while being harassed by their fellow friends. They are being trained/taught to resist the urge of fighting back and sitting peacefully where they don't belong. They are doing this because they want to see a change in their  discriminative and prejudice laws in their society.

A lot of people tried to stop her during her quest to freedom. But she didn't allow that to stop her she fought and fought until she achieve her goal. Along the way she raised a lot of money, touched a lot of hearts, and gained some supporters along the way.  She risked her life to gain free education some things most people have already.
