With the current rate of change there are many skills that can help individuals be successful in this new work reality. Some of the ones that come to my mind are:

1. Creativity - it is important to have the ability to approach problems and look at problem solving from many different angles and that requires creativity.

2. Collaboration - as new complex problems arise for businesses and organizations it becomes difficult for one person to solve these problems, collaboration with people brings diversity of thought which allows for better solutions to complex problems.

3. Adaptability - the world is constantly changing and businesses and organizations, and therefore the individuals who work in them need to be flexible and open to change.

While I do lack of a substantial body of practical experience, I think there are certain core skills and competencies needed to be successful in the current market. Many of these have been mentioned in the preceding modules.

1. Strong teamwork, which includes communication, respect, as well as flexibility, is of paramount importance. Without it, it would be difficult to facilitate other components listed hereinafter.

2. A focus on the needs of customers is of great importance. In a market where there is so much competition, and wide-reaching communication it seems almost obvious that this component should be accounted for, but not all firms do. Why this is important can resonate with everyone, because everyone at some point in their life is a consumer.

3. Technical ability. It is necessary for members of a team to be familiar with a certain range of devices, programs, and language. It is difficult for a team to work together especially when it is not on a daily basis when different teams are unfamiliar with the basics of other teams' work.

4. Adaptability. The work environment is constantly changing, and nobody is immune to this fact. Learning from others, both within ones own industry and externally is certain to bring some type of benefit. Being able to adapt is also an indicator of firms and people who are self aware and seeking to improve.

I would also say the ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and networking also falls under this.

2. The future is definitely becoming more technology-driven and staying on top of digital tools will give an edge.

3.
