For example I would use accent by walking into the interview with a smile from one ear to another and greet them with a handshake.

For example when in an interview I would express this by nodding my head in agreement or smiling showing that i'm intrigued by what is being said.

While in an interview you want to avoid saying you are understanding what they're saying but your facial expressions are telling them that you're not.

I would use control by raising my hand or arm to show that I have something to add to what they said or just to say something in general. If I was confused by something they said I might make a facial expression to make it known that I didn't understand whatever is was that they said.

While in an interview I would use repeat when asking a question and using my face to express that it is a question.

If I was in an interview I don't think I would use substitution because they may find it disrespectful or that you don't care about getting the job or not. If I was unsure about a question they asked me I would try to avoid from using my arms to express that I did not know how to answer
