1: I usually eat Jiaozi in china, on the map you can see it comes from Beijing but its served all around china. When I’m in Germany, almost every morning i eat Semmel Knödel.

2: I think this map shows that even though each country has its own variation, it is all based off/ started from the same place.

1: during weekends, about once two weeks on sundays we would eat a very special German dish called schnitzel. 

2: When we eat this it reminds us of our family back home, since when we are in Germany we eat this as a family alot too. And also this dish shows how different countries have their own variation, like the in the UK its called fish and chips.

3: It is also very easy to make and from a young age I always helped make this dish. When we are in Germany i always help my grandma make it but here in china i help my dad make this dish. 

1: In china there are many different type of noodles but my favorite is the 炸酱面 (it was in the video). 

2: I think the video is teaching us that each food has its special variation in each country. It also shows how one simple dish can be made differently so many times.

        2. This indicates that the ideas of dumplings are the same; stuffing filled inside a dough piece. Many variations of this has spread throughout the world. The idea of dumplings change through cultures, for instance, some think dumplings are for meat, others might think they should be sweet, containing sugar making it a dessert.

This video indicates that the food culture is similar in many aspects, like noodles in this case. They all are dough rolled into strips. The types or spices and sauces can vary though culture. Even though they all include noodles of different types, but the unique and cultural taste is what means everything.
