If we have RM50,000, we will use it as our capital to expand the business, by increasing the series and types of products to provide a wider choices of gifts for our customers. Also we will make some innovation on our current products, by doing a R&D (research & development) to make a more attractive appearance for the gift with a better quality in order to attract more customers. We will also recruit some more members/workers as we are lacking of human resource to promote a more effective production of products.

Our first investment in stock and bond. In this investment our main target to minimize our loss risk while it do the profit. For this investment we plan to divide it RM12500 in bond and RM12500 in stock. By taking this step, our rm25000 will be secure and generate profit for our team.      

Our second investment, we think of opening a cafe with a container concept. Our group target mainly student and a working men and women. With a new thing that open in town, it surely can attract more customer to come and experienced new environment in our cafe. 

Our container cafe will be focused on preparing a combination of a famous local dish and a western dish. Beside that we will sale a variety of cake to diversify our range of product. Our container cafe will have it owns unique signature dish that combine traditional and western in one dish to make it our main attraction for customer to visit our store.

ANSWER:
If we have RM50,000 we will open a new account book to invest half of the money. Because the value of the money will increase in the future.

Besides that, the balance of the money we decide to use as our capital to start up the new business on our collaboration. Which is, the concept of the café is based on “Boutique Café”.

The profit that we get will be divided to the members or shareholders as an incentive.

Besides doing business, we decide to do some charity from the balance we have from the investment and the business. We help people who is needed.

We will not be going to bankrupt if we spend some of our money to community.

Answers: If we have RM 50,000, we would like to do some investment as a way to accumulate our capital for starting up a business and be an entrepreneur. It was not hard question because I already have my own vision and target for money management. First of all, I would like to invest and generate more income from  investment and portfolio. Below was the planning for all those money:

        I.            ASB financing

For the first RM 11,000 I would like to invest in ASB which it was the most trusted place for investment and based on professional argument, ASB was have almost 0% risk. For this RM 11,000 I would get return for RM 16,000 per-year. I would choose CIMB Islamic financing as the platform to get the minimum paid per-month and get the highest profit every year.

 

      II.            PROPERTY INVESTMENT

I would like to use RM 10,000 for auction. This capital would make we gain every month income from rental revenue from the property. For sure, if we manage with a very detail, for the first year, we could gain our capital again.

 

    III.            GOLD INVESTMENT

Part of our asset I would use in gold investment as to protect our wealth from inflation. Maybe, around 10% from our asset. This is important part of investment because, gold is really useful in hard financial condition.

 

    IV.            UNIT TRUST

By using RM 10,000 is really strategic amount for investment in unit trust. We could choose the highest percent of return with the highest risk. For sure it was high risk, but in the first place we had already backup plan in ASB financing and Property investment to protect our income.
