The tower is 140cm. We decide to use 2part to make it. Part one is based on triangles which make the tower more stable. The another part is use single pole to make more higher. Prior to putting the marshmallow on the top.

We used 20 skewers, 90cm of rope, 30cm of tape, and a marshmellow. People who participated in building this tower are Zipei Li, Yicong Ma, Jingyi Fang,Chenhong Jin.

Reaching a total weight of 65 grams, our tower's height, length and width are 177cm, 74cm, 73cm respectively.

Our structure's height, width, and length are 114 cm, 21.5 cm and 25 cm respectively. Finally we use fifteen and a half skewers.

Initially we use this approach because we think it can be stable and tall in height.

In order to stabilize the structure we use triangle for our base and use a pyramid like structure in the middle.

Once the base of the structure was spilt, we use the simplest thought, that is to stick the skewers one by one to approach the maximum height on the top.

Prior to make the marshmallow on the Top, we cut our tower to make sure it is stable.

The height of the structure is 180cm, and it's 24 cm wide. First we know that we need a Strong base to Bearing the weight above，so we discuss what kind of base we will use.then we choose the triangle because In mathematics, it symbolizes stability. then we wander the superstructure of it. bu we don't have ideas about it so we just combine two sticks together to strengthen the length of it.Hopefully,we made it successfully.then，We put the top three sticks together because we think the length is enough.and then we can just put sticks one by one.finally,we put the marshmallow above it.

The Leaning Tower of GT

The height of our leaning tower is about 175cm. We plan to construct the base like a staging which is composed of several cubes, but the referee ban us from using the most instrumental material iron wire. So we decided to utilize triangle structure to finish the base because it can make full use of the character of electrical tape. The most important assignment is the height so we used a lot of chopstickes as the body and a thin wire as the head with the reference of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. With some mistakes in the base, the whole tower looks like a leaning tower. To avoid falling, out team decided to use the most smallest(grammar mistake for additional highlight) marshmallow to ruduce the influence of the mass of it. Thank you for our best tool tape to leave us a successful leaning tower instead of a lying tower.

Our Wonderful Tower

①self-intro：We are leyi Cai, siheng GUO, runjie HE yuan CAI, Yejia LIU from L10.

②progress & ideas：Our group use a frustum of a pyramid as a foundation，and then heighten it by skewers. We also use some skewers to reinforce the tower's structure and reduce the mass of the marshmallow to keep it in balance.

③measurement：Our tower 's hight, bottom square width and middle square width are 167cm, 25cm and 8cm respectively.

We used 20 skewers，30 cm of ropes，60 cm of tapes. People who participated in the project are Zhihui Pan, Rui Ye, Zhuoran Chen, Zanyuan Zuo, Muhan Yin. The total height of the tower is 160cm. The intuition and inspiration of the tower is the Eiffel Tower and the pyramid.

We used 20 sticks and 30cm of tape.Our structure's height, width, and length are 170 cm, 20 cm and 25 cm respectively .As you can see, it's very strong and light, thanks to the wisdom of our crew.

We built this Leaning Tower of GT .People who participated in was Pengyue yang Mingzhe liu Weiyi lan Bingcheng liu. Standing at about 2 meters tall and 30 cm wide, is crafted with 20 sticks, a 1-meter string, and a 30-cm tape. It features an equilateral tetrahedron base which made our tower more stable and we use traditional mortise-tenon joinery to build the ladder to the top, which involves inserting the tip of a bamboo stick into the bottom of a bamboo stick on top to make it more secure .

The height of the tower is 1.1 meter,both of the length and width are 26 centermeter.To bulid the tower,we used 20 skewers,30cm of sticky tape,1 meter of string.We stretched the many drafts and decided to use triangle.The tower is based on many small triangles，so it has a complex geometric modeling and a stable structure. The Leaning Tower

·We get the inspiration from the Leaning Tower.The base of our tower is designed with three direction，which is strengthened with both tape and string.

·As we can see in the picture，the tower lean at an amazing angle and somehow remain still.

·We use 80cm of string，20 sticks and about 50cm tape to build the tower.The height and the width of the tower are 35cm and 15cm respectively.

Rasing doubt that how to keep the structure stable, we make a triangle for the foundation. Once the base of the structure was built, we began to stick skewers together one by one then straight them up. Now we measure the whole height is 1.67m, and our base is an equality triangle, whose length is 15cm. The lower stucrture is pyramid with 40cm height. The upper structure is many chopsticks joint straightly.

Our tower is 185cm in height,30cm

in weight of the basis.Initially,To create a stable base with minimal sticks, we utilized the principle of triangular stability and constructed a triangle base.Subsequently, following the principle of using the least material ,we began stacking the sticks upwards directly.Since the more sticks we stack upwards, the higher the center of gravity will be, we try our best to lower it using tape and additional sticks.Last but not least,Between the elevated sections and the foundation, we use marshmallows to maintain the stability of the tower.

We build this tower in 40mins with 20 chopsticks and 30cm of sticky tape,also with some string.

The height of the tower is 1.85m high ,25cm wide and it look like a triangular pyramind at the ground of it and a long long stick on it .we use 8 chopsticks to build the base to make more it strong ,and 12 chopsticks in order to make it as tall as possible ,there’s also a piece of string in the middle of the stick to make it solid .

The tower is build by zhang haiqing ,ziyue zhu,qu hao,wu jian.

The Great Marshmallow Tower——The class project

We are QiJun CAI,Zhijin BAI and Zifan ZHOU(from right to left).

Our group built a tower of 209cm high and 30cm wide for the shorter side of the triangle at the bottom and 40cm wide for the other longer side of it.

The materials we used are 20 skewers, about 30cm of sticky tape and one marshmallow.

We constructed a support using three sticks, with the joints between the sticks adhered by adhesive tape. Subsequently, we erected something resembling a tent, and then bound the three sticks together, so that we could utilize the gaps between them to clamp new sticks, thereby raising the height of the entire structure. However, when we used the adhesive tape, we failed to notice that there were too many unclosely connected gaps between the tapes, resulting in the stability of the base not being as expected. Moreover, due to the use of too many sticks, the entire structure was top-heavy, and ultimately failed to enable the entire structure to stand

we built the tower, the height of it is 50cm with 10cm width. Due to weak of the basis, we can’t put the marshmallow on it. We innovated by hanging marshmallows from the tower. After it, the tower looks like a fishing rod. It’s not a tower but an art. Finally, we made it through many failed tries.

I built a structure to suspend a marshmallow using bamboo sticks (114 cm, 215 cm, and 25 cm) and tape. I designed a triangular base for stability and added a pyramid-like structure for extra support. After assembling and adjusting the framework, I secured the marshmallow at the top.
