The number of the angle of refraction will be the answer and you will have to enter it in the locker...</div><div> </div><div>The students will have multiples answers :</div><div>A. 015°</div><div>B. 037°</div><div>C. 072°</div><div> </div><div><strong><em>Experiment n°2 :</em></strong></div><div><strong><em> </em></strong></div><div>If we have an angle of incidece correspinding to 30° and an angle of refraction which is equal to 20°, what is the medium n2 in which the light is passing (n1 is air) ?</div><div> </div><div>We know this index of refraction :</div><div>- Air → 1.00</div><div>- Ice → 1.31</div><div>- Water → 1.33</div><div>- Plexi → 1.46</div><div>- Glass → 1.52</div><div> </div><div>The numbers you have to enter in the locker is the place (in the alphabet) of the third letter of the medium.</div><div>For exemple, air = R = the 18th letter in the alphabet = number 018 in the locker.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A coast-guard team has been called by a tourism boat : they saw someone drowning !<br><br>Our heroic coast guards jumped inside their rescue helicopter and turned their projector on.<br><br></div><div>Once arrived at the drowning area, a lifeguard jumped from the helicopter into the ocean with his rescue buoy to locate the drowning guy. <br><br>Help them to find where the helicopter should place itself to light the drowning scene.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong><em>Experiement n°1:<br><br></em></strong>The students will have<strong><em> </em></strong>different equipment on the table:<br>- a protractor<br>- a light box<br>- a prism<br>We give them this protocol:<br>- first put the light box on 0°<br>- then put the prism in the middle of the protractor<br>- measure the deflected rainbow angle (especially the blue light)<br>The first number of the angle will be your first number to unlock the locker.<br><br><strong><em>Experiement n°2:<br><br><br></em></strong>The students will have a light box and a half cylinder in plexiglass.<br>Their goal? Find the index of refraction of the half cylinder.<br><br>They have some data:<br>- index of refraction of the air: 1<br>- angle of refraction: 25°<br>- angle of incidence: 40°<br><br>The index of refraction will be the two last numbers to unlock the locker.</div>]]></description>
