As, emotions are contagious, we can support others by helping to create calm or we can possibly encourage fear.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dr Perry talks about about trauma  can cause a cluster of symptoms which result in PTSD. The components of trauma include the 3 E's: "the event, the experience, and the effects".  He states that someone with PTSD has 4 main symptom clusters. These are:  intrusive symptoms, avoidant symptoms, changes in mood and thinking, and an alteration in  arousal and reactivity. DL</p>]]></description>
