         <description><![CDATA[<div>They go hand in hand there is a specific reason for what they are doing but students also need to know when they are successful. If there is no intention you can't have success criteria and vice versa.   Intention and success criteria also help students become  motivated and wanting to meet their goals. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These are intertwined because learning intentions need to come with specific success criteria. Broad, un-measurable criteria is not helpful to student success. Not only are the teachers setting the goals, but the students should set their own goals as well. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Learning Intention is what our students need to be learning.The goal they are working towards. The success criteria is how the students can check themselves and see if they are successful in reaching that learning goal. They need to work together for our students to be successful.  </title>
