It also surprised me that most people survived the drilling in the head that doctors did if you had a brain problem. Another surprising thing is that if a knight wants to be a knight, you have to pray for 10 hours! Another thing that surprised me is that a lot of people did not have enough money to buy a ring when they got married so they split a coin! The bride and the groom each go half.
