Music and songs are honestly the core to my heart. They make me feel alive and free. The song ‘no tears left to cry’ picks me up when I’m down or lose hope in whatever it is I’m doing. People perceive song lyrics in so many different ways. Some people may think it’s a sad song while some may say it makes them feel empowered. Well, if you ask me this song makes me feel like i can do this! I can do whatever my mind puts itself on! The lyrics-

I relate to this stanza on a different level, because I feel the same way when I think I’m not good enough or I just don’t matter or that I’m inferior. I’ve mentally cried so much that I’m out of tears to cry, it’s like the tears just won’t fall down from my eyes. I get a wake up call from my heart telling my that I have to pick myself up and that I love myself, I will love to the fullest and that I can do this. At the end of this song I feel like a whole new person, a person who believes in themselves and who will never ever back down from whatever life keeps in their path:)

Books/ Documentaries, children and my love for learning - There's so much to learn and explore in this world. I try to read and learn something new everyday. I love interacting with children and helping them realise their true potential. To know that I've been blessed with an opportunity to make a difference in a child's life keeps me motivated. 

2. Food - I am a foodie and thankfully, I got a partner who looks absolutely delicious meals for me. 💖 When I feel low, I either cook good food or eat good food - it motivates me and makes me happy. 

3. Music - Listening to songs is one activity that lifts up my spirits. 

4. My dog: Shadow, my pet, wakes us up at 5.30 am every day. Because of her, my day seems longer and better. It gives me more time to do all that I want to do in a day. She helps me improve my patience and resilience. She is a motivator for sure! 🐶

These are just a few things that keep me motivated. If I ponder on it, I am sure that there would be more to add on to this list. For instance,  kindness, love, good health - all these motivate me.

I'm inspired by art because I feel art is something I enjoy...
I don't do it just because I have to, rather because I enjoy drawing and it gives me immense satisfaction when I finally complete one drawing after a week.
I have a portfolio of almost a 70 of my best artworks till now.
I'm not perfect but I feel I can be, I was very bad at drawing when I was a kid, but now I feel I'm good enough.
My forever inspiration in art is my brother.

I think this is beautiful. It reminds us that no one is perfect and you shouldn't expect yourself or anyone else to be perfect too. There are scars in everyone and we just have to learn to love them and embrace ourselves for who we are.
