Overflow refers to the binary number being equal to more then the largest positive integer.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Personally the easiest way for me to convert decimal into binary is by using subtraction. You take your number and subtract it by the highest possible number (128,64,32,16,8,4,2,1), then you continue subtracting by the highest number until you are left with zero and every number you subtracted with gets to turn into a 1 and every number that was not subtracted from the total will stay zero.<br><br>To convert binary to decimal you use addition. Every number that has been marked by a 1 must be added together and then you will find your decimal number.</div>]]></description>
