The price of the product or service, the quality, the reputation the product or service has, how efficient it is, how it will benefit you. You might want to look at your personal factors, social factors, economic factors and cultural factors when buying a product or service. You choose what you choose because that's what's most efficient for you, thats what will benefit you the most or what's required for you and that's what you prefere.

Health products/services are something that'll benefit your health. This doesn't just include medicines, it also includes items like protein powders, training devices, physiotherapy, personal trainer, even some specific clothing brands like Lululemon, Nike, Under Armour etc. A factor that influences you while choosing a product or service are celebrities. Many celebrities promote health products so that their fans will be influenced to get it because they have it. Another factor is the pricing of products. Someone may be looking to find a specific product that many brands have, but it may cost less for one brand. Even if the cost is lower just a little bit, customers will be more likely to purchase whatever is affordable. Another factor is quality. Quality is a huge factor that almost everyone looks at. Sometimes even the reviews on the product will tell you if its a long lasting product or not.

Personally, I choose most of my health products/services based on recommendations from other people. Often, I will look on TikTok and see what users are recommending when I am purchasing a new product. I recently did this when I was buying a new pair of running shoes and the ones recommended on TikTok ended up being amazing. Obviously, sometimes the recommendations made on apps like TikTok are slightly biased (endorsements, sponsorships, PR, etc) but I find that for the most part, they are really honest. This is perfect because then you can find products and services that you know will be good.

Reviews/Reputation: I always do a little research before choosing a certain health product or service. One main thing that I do is to check the reviews of products online. If a product has mostly negative reviews then I probably wouldn't choose it, but if it has mostly positive reviews then I would consider choosing it.

Price: Despite expensive products usually being very good quality, I wouldn't want to spend a fortune on health products/services since I don't have that kind of money. I would want a health product/service that is not too expensive but good enough for getting the job done that I need it to. However, I wouldn't want something too cheap since cheap things usually have less quality.

Safety: I want to ensure that every health product/service that I choose is entirely safe and not dangerous so that I don't have a risk of harming myself.

Quality: For me, I would choose a health product/service that has good quality because health products/services that have lesser quality are usually worse and don't get the job that needs to be done very well.

Brand: It is crucial that I support a good brand when choosing health products/services since I don't want to support brands that do animal testing, have poor working conditions, do child labour, etc.

Availability: (This is more specific to health services) When choosing a health service I would want to ensure that it has a flexible schedule and is available when I need it.

I try to do things to take care of my health as much as possible. Things like vitamins, exercise equipment, and personal care products are things that I use regularly. Before making any purchase I always try to research it as much as possible. When it comes to sports gear and personal care products I often look to endorsements from professional athletes - not necessarily from paid advertisements, but from their personal social media accounts. I know they're also paid for their content, but I still like to see who else is using the products I'm thinking of purchasing. Price is also important because I don't have that much to spend. I also read reviews from real consumers to see what they think about the product or service. Reviews are probably the thing I trust most. After purchasing a product or service I will give it a little bit of time to see if it is something I want to continue with.

When looking into buying a product wether it be something nutritional or clothing etc, I always look at the price first to see if this item is even within my budget. The next thing I normally do if said item is within the budget, is look at the reviews on the item and ask family and friends if they have ever purchased this item or something similar and wether they liked it or not. I often don't spend too much time looking at what celebrities say about products because I don't really believe them as more times then not they are paid to wear an item or say good things about it. I think the most credible source is the reviews on the product from everyday average citizens who have no reason to lie about the product. In conclusion I think the things that influence me most after the price of the product are the reviews.

I try to not let social media influence my choices but I always end up wanting something I have seen on pinterest. I think my best example are the headphones I'm using right now the Sony wh-100xm4, I had seen a few people review them and they said good things about the headphones so I looked into it. I always ask these four questions before buying something for myself. 1. Do I really need it? Most of the time it's no or I add it to my christmas list. 2. Is it a reasonable price/ is it to much money? This is usually where I decide I don't want it. 3. Will future me use it? Will use it/ will I wear it, sometimes I do get it but end up only wearing it once, when this happens I give it to a used clothing store. 4. Is it something I need right now? In that order. I had asked myself these questions before I brought my headphones. It was something I really needed, I love to listen to music and I was getting tired of my earbuds. The price was in reason because they were newer at the time. It was something that I will continue in the future. It was something I needed right now my old headphones were being held together by two sided tape, it was sad.

I use these questions to help with my everyday shopping. I 101% recommend ask yourself these question or some like them.

I usually let social media influence my choices with health products. it is probably a very popular factor which is probably why it's my main one. I use this one because I trust people with their opinions if I see lots of people using it and saying it's a good product I might consider buying the product. another factor I use is whether or not I need it or will benefit from using it. say some people are raving about these new online therapy sessions I may think it will be a nice idea but the type of therapy might not resonate with me so I would buy/sign up for a session. My last factor would be price. say I might need a water bottle and these new bottles are all over social media but they cost over $50 I might try to find another one like it that is closer to my price range. When it comes to choosing health products, I tend to rely on social media for guidance. It is a widely used source of information and that is why I find it to be the most important factor for me. If I see a lot of people using a product and praising it, then I am more likely to consider buying it. Additionally, I also consider whether or not I need the product and if it will benefit me. For example, if people are raving about a new online therapy session, I might be interested, but I would only sign up if the type of therapy resonates with me. Lastly, I also take into account the price of the product. If a new water bottle is trending on social media but it is priced over $50, I would look for a similar product that fits my budget.

Factors that impact my purchases along with how I conduct my daily living include, but are limited to, choosing protein shakes to supplement my diet. I believe my thoughtful decision is rooted in practicality and health considerations. The convenience of protein shakes aligns with the demands of my schedule, providing a quick source of energy for school and work when time constraints limit my ability to cook. Steering clear of allergens like eggs, dairy, and specific vegetables underscores my commitment to maintaining health, as allergic reactions can impede my well-being. My emphasis is on essential nutrients for development and focus on a holistic approach to nutrition. By adhering to health guidelines based on DNA, allergy testing, and digestive restrictions, I ensure that the products I consume align with my individual needs and restrictions. This meticulous approach reflects a personalized commitment to well-being. Moreover, tailoring my diet to my blood type and incorporating recommendations from a homeopathic doctor demonstrates a proactive stance toward optimizing my overall health. Adverse reactions to certain foods impacting mood, skin, and focus emphasize the interconnectedness of diet and well-being, prompting a conscientious effort to select foods that align with my body's unique requirements. In summary, my choice of protein shakes as a dietary supplement is a well-considered strategy, balancing the demands of my lifestyle with a commitment to optimal nutrition, guided by personalized health assessments and recommendations from healthcare professionals. These factors significantly influence my dietary choices because they collectively address the practical challenges of my busy schedule, the need to navigate allergies, and the desire for optimal nutrition tailored to my individual health profile. The convenience of protein shakes aligns with my lifestyle demands, offering a quick and efficient solution when time is limited. The commitment to health guidelines based on DNA, allergy testing, and digestive considerations reflects a proactive approach to managing my health. It's not just about what's convenient or popular; it's about what my body specifically requires and tolerates. This level of attention is driven by the desire to prevent health issues and promote a balanced, thriving lifestyle. Additionally, incorporating blood type considerations and insights from a homeopathic doctor underscores my dedication to a holistic approach. Adverse reactions impacting mood, skin, and focus serve as tangible reminders of the intricate connection between diet and overall well-being. By choosing foods that resonate with my body's unique needs, I aim to optimize not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. In essence, these influences are not arbitrary preferences; they are a purposeful response to the intricate interplay of my schedule, allergies, nutritional needs, and the desire for holistic well-being.

When I am making decisions about what health products to use I usually look at a couple different things. The first and most important thing I look at is the price. I think that if I am going to buy an item, the price needs to be worth the value of the item in order for me to purchase it. Another important thing I look for are reviews/recommendations on social media about the products I am buying. I do this so I can see people that do not profit off of selling the products using them, and giving them an honest review about how they work, and recommending products that they think are really good. Something else that I look for when purchasing health products is the quality of an item. If an item is made with very cheap material, or doesn't look like it's going to last that long, it may influence my decision to purchase it because when I'm purchasing things I try to buy something that is good quality so it lasts longer, and I don't have to replace it. Finally, something that plays an important role in my choice to buy something is the brand of the products. Some brands don't make/test their materials in the best ways. A good example of this is sometimes when makeup companies are making makeup, they test their products on animals to see if they work before selling them. So I try my best to avoid using brands that are known for doing that, because I don't want to support that.

A big factor that effects health product choices are social media. When choosing my mascara i always go and look at the reviews. When looking at the reviews i see if they make your lashes clumpy and if they make them look longer. Sometimes i go on tiktok and see people test out the different mascaras. Even with skin care products. I go online and see how people review the products. Sometimes people will test a product for a month or 2 and then come back and tell you how it worked and if it worked good i will usually buy it. Sometimes if the product uses cheap ingredients then i wont buy it. In my opinion the price of a product doesnt affect if i buy it or not because if it actually works and works good then in my opinion its worth it.

Some factors that influence what I choose for health products and services are social media, allergy, and my parents. The biggest factor that impacts the decisions I make when choosing health products is social media. This is because I am on social media a lot, and even though it is mainly just mindless scrolling, I tend to look for other people's opinions on there when I am interested about something. This means that for many exercises and eating healthy I look on social media first. I think it also impacts the decisions I make because they seem like really people who know what they are talking about and give genuine reviews, even though I know that, that is not always the case. Another factor that is a big influence when I am choosing health products is my allergy. I am allergic to peanuts so because of that, when I am making decisions regarding healthy eating, I have to take that allergy into consideration. This means that I may not be able to have certain foods, some healthy like, pad thai pasta, or some unhealthy, like reese's pieces. Even Though, being allergic to one thing may not completely change my diet it still affects what I reach for when grocery shopping and what I eat on a daily basis. Finally, another factor that influences the decisions I make regarding health products and services are my parents, and family. This is because whatever their health choices and decisions were, would also have been used with me when I was younger. This means that The decision regarding diet and exercise were greatly impacted on whether, my parents took me to sports, I ate a full three meals a day. Which transfers and influences the way I live life today. These are some factors that influence the decisions I make when choosing health products and service.

For me, there is only one thing that I look at when I choose to by a certain product. That one thing is the foods ingredient list. In my opinion, nothing matters more than what ingredients are in foods. The question is, what are you choosing, processed foods that contain unreadable and unhealthy ingredients, or whole foods that contain 1-2 ingredients. I usually like to just get whole foods like fruits and meats that have nothing else added to. I do still sometimes look for other things like PLU codes on the fruits that I buy. A PLU code begging with 9 means the fruit is organic, while 4 means it is conventionally grown. But organic fruit is pretty expensive so I do not focus on it that much.

Some factors that influence what I choose for health products are mainly money/finances, reviews and the reputation of a company, and my parents. First off, the money and prices of the product is the main influence when I am choosing health products. Many health products that are available on the market are out of my price range. Brands like Nike and Lululemon are far to expensive for me. Finding good products that actually work for a fair/affordable price is considerably hard in today's economy. Secondly, the reviews and reputation of the company that is producing the products is another big big factor for me. If a company has morals or supports things that do not align with my morals than I will most likely not buy from this brand. An example of this is animal cruelty. If a brand is not "leaping bunny" certified than I will most likely not buy from this brand. The reviews also influence my decisions because if the reviews on a product are all extremely negative than I will probably avoid buying this product or buying from that brand altogether, it depends on how severe the reviews are. Lastly, a minor influence that affects what I buy regarding health is my parents. If my parents tell me not to buy something or if I do not have the money to buy something, than it comes down to my parents to choose whether or not I end up getting a certain product.

the man factoring decision that effects what i choose for health products is if it is supporting a local cause and the price range as some companys as some brands and companys are way over priced for something another company offer for a lower price and better quility. as most people look for whats most popular id say id look for whats gonna last longer make a better affect on me and me savings. as i believe reviews are a great thing for companys everyone has different expectations of a product so its not a thing you should look at as a denominator

The main factors that influence me on health products are price. For me to use the product I need to afford it and if its a product that I should take regularly and buy it whenever I run out, I need it to not make me run out of money. if I only buy a product once in a blue moon than the price of it is less important but even then it's best if its cheap.

I personally don’t like to blindly buy something simply because I hear somebody else say it’s good. I like to research products for myself to find out what would suit me and my budget, however I don’t only care about money. I will gladly opt for something expensive if I believe quality-wise it’s worth the investment.

There are many influences to my choices in health products and services.

First, the price is heavily influential. I am far more drawn to the more affordable options than ones who are out of my preferred price range. Price ranges depend on the product and what is expected. This can be a downside because I may be drawn away from very useful services because of the price. While price is important, it is not the only large factor in my decisions.

Second, advertising and peer opinions influences a lot of my health decisions. I am far more likely to invest my time and money into something if I see confirmation that other people had positive results from it, especially if it is my own family or large, influencing figures in the world. Sometimes my opinion can be negatively influenced by figures I trust. I may not fully consider my own health benefits and instead purchase the product off of somebody else's opinion and result.

Finally, convenience is the final factor for me. I will be more likely to purchase a product or service if it is close to me. It is far less of an hassle to get and is more appealing. This can be a huge setback though. When I choose the easiest option, I may not be thinking about possible alternatives that might be healthier or more effective. It narrows my possibilities when I just consider the easy options.

In the end, all of these are very influential factors and all have their downsides. Many companies take advantage of these factors and market their product to appeal to people. It is always important to think deeply about your choice in health products and services, considering many different factors and their downsides before you continue with the product or service.

The first factor that influences my choice in health products is probably what the internet has to say. I search online to see if the product has helped other people, and if it could help me personally. I also consult studies into the product's effectiveness, if it is needed. The next major factor is any family and friends who have used the product and if they had good experiences with it. Finally, price is probably the determining factor for if I purchase it is the price, and if the value I get out of it is worth the monetary investment.

The strongest factor that influences me to buy something or not is the internet. There is just so much information and social media influences a lot of teens to buy certain stuff. If my favorite influencer was advertising something they liked or was reccomending, there is a chance I will buy it. The second biggest factor is my family. Especially my mom or my cousins who are in their 20s. For example, my mom influences me to buy vitamins when i'm out because she reminds me it's probably better to take them everyday.

When deciding whether or not to purchase a health product and/or service, various factors have major influences over my final decision. To begin, the factor with the strongest influence over me is cost. I must ensure that whatever I purchase is budget-friendly and, most importantly, worth my money. Even if a product/service is highly recommended and/or popular, I am much less likely to purchase it if I believe that it's too expensive. I often compare various different options of something in order to find the one that offers the best value for the cheapest price. The second factor with the strongest influence over my decisions are recommendations from my friends and/or people I trust. If someone I am close with purchased a health product and/or service and had a positive experience, I would be much more likely to consider purchasing it for myself because I trust and respect their opinion. Finally, the third factor with the strongest influence over me is reputation/customer reviews. I am much more likely to purchase a product/service if it has consistent positive reviews from past customers, as they allow me to read about their experiences with the product/service and whether or not it actually delivers results and is worth the money.
