         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Iron helps circulate blood flow from your lungs to your veins. It creates hemoglobin which carries the oxygen, which keeps you alive.<br>2. Some foods are, but not limited to:<br>- Spinach, Dark Chocolate, Lentil, Beef, Pumpkin Seeds, Eggs, Oyster, Liver, Quinoa, Beans, Fish, Green veggies, White Meats<br><br>3.  Iron helps create healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells.  If you don't get enough iron you won't be able to breath well and it can affect how your brain functions.   <br><br>4.  If you have to much iron it can lead to sever vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dehydration, and bloody stool in children. This can also be deadly to children. <br><br>5. If a women is pregnant and she does not eat enough iron it can cause the baby to be born early or it could be much smaller than normal.</div>]]></description>

If you eat to much it might interfere with the body's ability to absorb iron, and might increase the risk of kidney stones.<br><br>5. Calcium also helps with the electricity in nerves, and with muscle contraction.</div>]]></description>
