i think that the phrase When spider webs unite, they can tie up a lion means when there is a lot of small moments in your life can take over one big moment. All the small happy moments in Kek's life can take over that one big sad big moment that happened in his life. It could also mean all the small things that Kek gets in his life is more than one big thing Kek could ever want. Kek is always getting small but good things. For example when Kek gets clothes, a bed, TV. That is so much more than seeing his mom and getting back in Africa. It might seem that Kek wants his mom and Africa back a lot more, but Kek know he would rather have a caring family and clothes and food more. The last thing it could mean is when you work together you can do anything. If Kek and Gonware work together they can do anything. If they work together they can even find Kek's mom. In the past phew chapters Kek and Gonware have had a very close relationship. They worked together on the farm. Kek has also been rubbing off some of his optimism on Gonware.

i think it means when you work together you can accomplish anything like a bunch of spiders make 1big web andwork together to tie up a big lion tie up a lion. i think this relates to kek because in his life he has little things that take over his life. like a teeny teeny happy moments can take overa big sad moment like kek losing his mom brother and father. But kek is still putting so much hope so he could see his lost mom. like in one of the chapters dave told kek that they never saw his mom in both of the refugee camp so then he told kek that there is only one more refugee camp 80 miles away so he told kek to put in as much hope as he can because if his mom isnt in that refugee camp there is no other place to look for her so basicly we are telling kek that she is dead. like hannah kek dave ganwar and keks aunt are the little spiders working together to find where keks mom is. so i think this is what this african proverb means

I think this African Proverb means that when we/ anything works together, we can accomplish anything, like tie up a lion, or anything hard. The spiders might be us, and the lion might feel like the hardest challenge possible. This might relate to Home of the Brave because Kek, Ganwar and Dave might have to work together to find Keks mom, witch might not be possible, but they will work together to do what ever it takes. When spiders try to tie up a lion it might not be possible, but they will still try there hardest. Maybe every body will work together to find Kek's mom in Home of the Brave. Everybody wants her back. Like Kek, Ganwar, Dave and Kek's aunt. If they do some research and look at the Refuge Camps, they might see her and prove that Kek will not be lonely anymore and be able to find a home in America away from the men with guns and be safe. Kek will be happy because he has a home with his family, and if they find Kek's mom, she will be happy because shes safe, has food and can learn how to read, witch she always wanted to do. Every one will be happy because they will get to see there family again, maybe not Dave. Dave might be happy because he will not have to search that hard. That's what I think this Proverb means and relates to Home of the Brave.

I think it means that if you when all the spiders work together all of the spider webs that the spiders have created when they went together could tie up and capture the lion and maybe in part 4 kek dave ganwar hannah and maybe even his aunt will work together and find keks mom or maybe they will work together I think this because of the African proverb or maybe they will work together to go through all the hard times they ever had in their lives and accept what they have in their lives and maybe they will work together to get rid of survivals guilt. I also think that since the last two chapters he quit being an optimist and him and Ganwar were starting to completely so they will maybe work together. this also relates home of the brave in the last chapter he tried to run away and find his mom on his own but Ganwar came he realized that Ganwar lost way more than he did and kek doesnt realize that everyone is on his team and will help him no matter what.

i think that means that when people work together that you can accomplish anything! Another example can be that in home of the brave Kek realizes that he would not be able to survive in america. A few people that helped him are Hannah, Ganwar, Lou, Dave and his teachers. Hannah helped Kek with getting to l know america better! Ganwar helped kek by depending on him. Lou helped because he game kek a job involved with cattle, which to kek was a dream job. Dave helped because he was kinda Keks first friend. And Keks teacher helped him because they helped him with school. I think this proverb might relate to the 4th part of home of the brave because maybe it can be

I think it means when you work together. Also when you acomplish a lot of things like when the spider webs come together it can tie up a lion. When people come together and try there best they can really do anything. It is kind of like in Home of the brave because Ganwar, Hannah and Lou helped Kek a lot because he had some trouble adapting to his new life. I think the last part of Home of the brave a little bit sad because Kek now thinks his mom is not coming back for him and he always thought that his mom was going to come back for him but Kek has been a little out of character so he hasn't been the optimist that he always is.

Im thinking if Kek and Ganwar work together they will find his mom. In the last chapter Kek and Ganwar were thinking to to go find Kek's mom so, in thinking they might go to Africa to look for Kek's mom witch is also Ganwars aunt. when spiders work together to make a web its stronger than if one of the would. And a lion can't get through a strong spider web like how the war cant get between kek and his mom .kek wanted to run away from america and find his mom in africa. but this shows that people might help him.

🎀🎀 From Nicole 🎀🎀 I think it means if you work together you can do anything!! also i think it means that when people work togther they can accoplsh many many things and i also think teamwork can make a big different in the world. i think that maybe kek and dave and Ganwar might work togrther to find keks mother but it is a really challanging thing to do. i think that his mother might still be alive. Maybe when Kek ran way it meant something, like ALOT and then Ganwar caught him. The whole world🎀💎💝
