Your work ethics, dedication integrity, asking relevant questions and the clarity of your intentions of helping the community in all ways that you can is something that I admire about you.
To name a few, here are the memories of us that I cherish - working on our so called baby - Hub - shup and all the fun we had coming up with names for it, Reading clubs, your FOMO moments that I happily made fun of whenever I could, our chai walks and endless talks and rants, all our conversations work and otherwise, filter coffee chats, knitting, sofa talks, preparing for the gallery walk, your melodious songs, your conscious attempts of speaking Hindi, you being a sport and laughing along any stupid jokes I cracked and many many such moments.

How can I forget your Whatsapp message to me on your Wedding day morning asking me to post Data Bytes on Zoho... I mean.. who thinks about Data Bytes on their wedding day! But such is our dedicated Tableau Bride!!!!

I am gonna miss you a lot Priyanka. I know we will definitely keep in touch but I will miss having you around. Thanks for always being there for me! Love you <3

You were the first hire we made for the revamped Hub team and I remember thinking after the first interview with you that this is a person i can see myself working with closely. And boy did we do that!

I have leaned so heavily on you over the past 2.5 years (you have truly been my rock of ages) and I know I am going to miss having you around a lot. You took every challenge and problem we threw at you in your stride and approached it with curiosity and incredible problem solving skills. I have been incredibly lucky to have worked with some really bright young people and you truly are one of the brightest, and definitely the most patient.

Thank you for always simplifying technical things for us, for being open to all kind of challenges and wacky ideas, for your enthusiasm and for your leadership. You have an incredible work ethic and I have loved how often you have had an idea and just ran with it.

You leave behind some big, big shoes to fill. You surely will excel in whatever you do next. I will stay in touch !

Wishing you all the very best for all that is lined up for you in the future!

You have left quite a mark both with your work and your personality. This past year gave me very little opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas. But I do cherish the initial months we spent together having some critical conversations about sustainable living, qual research, placing learner at the centre, as well as other fun conversations about US nostalgia, wedding, music, travel, and everything else.

I am sure I can keep this going. But, I do know this is merely a farewell to being colleagues. The friendship will continue beyond this.

I'm so grateful I got to work with you over the last two years, Priyanka. Your work ethic, ability to listen patiently, communicate with so much clarity, take on even the littlest request however complicated, being so approachable and never making me feel like a amateur when it came to the smallest tech-related thing, and just being so nice to talk to, the list goes on. You made it so easy and enjoyable to work with you.

A lot of my understanding with work only got better and went deeper thanks to what you did and helped with and it wouldn't be what it is today without you. I'm sure that will be your legacy of sorts and also what you take with you where you go next. I learned so much from you in this time and thank you for that.

That long bus journey and sharing a room at our annual retreat brings back such good memories and was the first time I actually connected with someone at work when I was quietly struggling with a personal loss. I don't think I ever thanked you for that, and for listening.

I really will really miss having you around but will stay in touch. I hope we get to catch up sometime in person and hopefully carry through at least one of the multiple things we spoke about in passing about doing together :)

Some persons are just effortless to work with, right from the get go. That has been my experience with you. At all points have you stayed calm, patient and kind in the work sphere. Never got to see an angry you :-) Well those are great qualities (more for your own mental peace), but the biggest strength of yours is the way your mind works - the simple solutions you find and present; in the complexities we offer.

I am more than glad that I got to be your yin sister as well. Listening and empathy come easy to you.

Lastly, there's a quirky side that I'm glad I witnessed! Keep entertaining the masses.

I read somewhere that most things in life don't grow by leaps and bounds, they unfold. It's not true when it comes to what you have been able to do in your time at Quest.
We've grown by leaps and bounds - from little data to loving your data bytes, to questioning whats working and whats not, to asking if this makes sense. You played a very important part in making that happen. I am a huge fan of your work. But, more importantly, I am a fan of who you are - Patient, understanding, approachable (with 2 hours notice for information !!), your ability to simplify things and oh..ever so reliable. You bring so much integrity to what you do. Thank you for everything. I really wish you would stay or come back in whatever avatar helps you meet your life goals.

Hey Priyanka,

We haven't worked together much, but the first thing I remember about our meeting is in the tableau workshop that was conducted in 2019 I guess. You were so easy to talk to and very energetic and enthusiastic. I loved every conversations we had.
And your chakde india song in the staff meet, YOU SLAYED!
So even though I would say not to go, this moving on and growing is a part of life... So I wish you all the very best in every bit of endeavours that's coming in your life.

We always had this feeling that we are in a sea of data until you came along and helped a lot of us make sense of the data and what it is telling us. The data bytes have always been very insightful.

I did not have a lot of conversations but whichever ones I was a part of you have always been very calm and composed to understand what is needed and work with a solution oriented mindset towards that. Definitely going to miss your calm demeanour in our meetings.

Hello Priyanka!

You made data interesting at QUEST and brought in a lot of energy to improve data systems.

I remember the many conversations we had particularly in HSBC, while we still have a long way as an organization, each discussion with you made the path clearer!

Remembering your sharp questions why we need data for HSBC for all the state and regional teams, and also you patiently understanding my point.

Similarly I can recall the various discussions on dashboards and how you patiently answered a lot of our questions.

I am sure QUEST will build on all your ideas and we will soon have a good data management system that will meet the high standards you expect from an organization.

Apart from work, thanks for being a wonderful colleague always approachable and attentive :)
