In depth course should be added in the course where the participants are carrying out practicals with the assistance of FLT or fellow participants. There are surely some confusion in carrying out coaching as one might intend to incline towards mentoring in the process. We are used to be mentored and the true meaning of coaching is still a new thing to school leaders. I was quite lucky because I attended the in depth introduction course organized by our national school leaders training center.

I do receive the notification in my email but I just want to be certain as I do lack the skills of digital technology. Learning is choppy for me. I finished most of the reading materials early since I have to attend to some medical issues. So by the time I am doing this review, I have some 60% at the back of my mind.
It is definitely not easy for me to do some assignment since my institution is undergoing some restructuring, and one of the issues is about appraisal management. So, this knowledge comes in handy at times.
