We know things are happening behind the scenes, but actually knowing what is happening behind the scenes would boost well-being and help staff to know that improvements are being made. ‘How are you?’ Check in meetings, informal drop ins to talk about well- being with no judgements where staff feel able to raise concerns anonymously. 
Sharing of success stories where well-being has been successful. 
Same application for children, forum available for drop ins by children in library or another safe space.

I think that bond should be made stronger. 
It would be good to have check ins with SMT maybe as departments or as individuals. Issue is where does this info go? Middle manager can't help / just absorb issues. Raising concerns higher - staff are not always comfortable with this. SLT must always be professional.
