I need to work on having more hobbies, I feel as if I get hooked to my phone a lot during my free time. I enjoy driving, ever since childhood I loved driving anything I could. I now have my full licence and love going out with friends and being their designated driver. I also enjoy reading, in order for me to read the whole book I have to be really into it. Which is a bit hard to find.

I am currently working for the YMCA in the Youth Development department. I absolutely love caring for children and can't wait to have a family of my own.

Three skills of an effective leader include problem solving, someone who is able to solve issues in a quick manner, communication, someone who is able to voice their opinions, instructions and ect. and emotional intelligence, someone who has the ability to empathize. All three skills will make an effective leader.
