Here in the Teatro Greco, some of the most famous Greek tragedies were performed. Teatro Greco is one of the biggest and most beautiful Amphitheaters ever built! This beauty is also known as one of Syracuse's best works. It was designed in 500 BCE by and is used to perform plays from May to June and concerts during the summer.
