I phoned your customer service and asked them if there was a mistake in the cargo and they said that there wasn’t any problems and that i couldn’t refund or change it.I have bought many things from the internet and from your site and never had this problem once. I had done some research and I was sure that the informations written on your website were exactly same with the one in the original site.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;The item arrived this morning but while opening it up I noticed that the device was a 10 years old mini hifi component system (MHC-RG475S) which has only Cd, Mp3 or TAPE inputs on it. There is no sign of bluetooth, the device is 10 years old and it is a totally different one that I have ordered. I called the customer service line to assure that there might be a mistake of delivery and I told that device I have ordered isn't this one I have bought 2 days ago but the lady was unsuccessful to solve my problem.<br>&nbsp;I've been using your online company for many years with pleasure and I have never ever had a problem like this before. Yesterday, I received my delivery.&nbsp; My delivery came right on time, I was going to wear it last night.<br>But yesterday, when I tried it, I saw a rip on it' s sholder. The dress' sholder part rend.<br>I phoned your customer service line and they said that it's impossible. They said that in their stores this could never happened. I talked with two men: Mathiew and Thomas, but they were unhelpful and careless. They didn't know the dress that I bought. That's why, I contacted with you to solve the problem.<br>I have bought things from your stores and from your online store with pleasure. The website said that over 40 pounds the shipping would be free but on the receipt I saw that I paid 66 pounds for the 60 pounds worth slip ons.&nbsp;<br><br>Like this wasn't enough nothing arrived for two weeks although the website said that the slip ons would artive in 4 days. And when they arrived they were all scratchy and they weren't holographic at all. They were so dull.<br><br>This was my first and hopefully last time having a problem with this big of a company.
