Unfortunately, dehornimg these animals is not working, because the poachers are continuing to kill the elephants and rhinos for any residual horn. We plan to put $5,000,000 dollars towards developing sanctuary’s across Africa to protect and preserve the elephants and rhino that are still alive. We also plan to destribute the rest of our money to adding to the dying of horns and tusks as well as drone surveillance that is already being done. Much like a giraffe tail these items are bought by the rich and thought to represent good luck and act as a superstition. There really is no intended purpose for the horn other than to be a delicacy. Elephant tusks are valued due to the ivory inside of them but the main point for these items is to display wealth.
