C. Effect on stress.

The findings from the questionnaire found that 90% of respondents admitted that being in enclosed place is a factor of being stress. Individuals who not exposed to outdoor air are potentially to get stress. According to Virginia I. Lohr from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Washington State University said the stress experienced by ones would be reduced faster when viewing pictures or videos of nature than seeing the environment of the City. It is understandable that expose ourself to the outdoor air will reduce stress.

Indoor generation is not a minor problem and it give a great impact to the person and the people in his/her surroundings. If we did not prevent it earlier, it might get worst. As we know, Indoor generation is not good because the air cycling indoor is not as fresh as outdoor's air. Indoor contains lack of oxygen and may effect our respiratory system and may lead to other health condition as well. Other than that, indoor air will effect us by the way our brain works because it is hard for us to focus and gain idea when indoor complain to outdoor's air. This shows that, indoor generation among UKM students is a serious problem and major problem that students did not aware.

The best solution that shows a great impact is by proposing students to get better air circulation and more sunlight. Opening the window will let air circulated and more lighting for several activities such as during studies, sleeps and leisure times. During studies, students need more oxygen as students need energy to think and good air effect our assignment because when students get air circulated, it gain more ideas and produce intellectual thinking. Indoor light is as important as air because with good light source, it give student a good sense of work and student will gain better focus. Good surrounding of the room enhance good moods to keep studying throughout the day. This solution will help UKM students to stay healthy while being indoor generation.

When the students staying in any enclosed places in a long term, it can bring harm to them. Cognitive problem is one of the problems caused by an individual who exposed to indoor lighting. Basically, environmental conditions can have an impact on one's performance, this is coincide with the statements from Sanaz Ahmadpoor Samani and Soodeh Ahmadpoor Samani (2012) that stated the environmental conditions that include ventilation and lighting, these elements can affect the individuals.

From a questionnaire survey that had been conducted, majority of the students admitted that they spend their time in enclosed places is around 11-15 hours a day. This is a long period of time so it is not wrong to write that they have a high potential for this problem. Cognitive is a process related to understanding, observing, memorizing and learning. So when we say cognitive problems, it refers to the difficulties of focusing and remembering. This is a great concern for the students because full concentration and strong memory are needed when studying. So, from these upcoming effects, solutions must be made to prevent those from happening.
