It made me wonder what the corporate structure is like at my company and how some of the skills these people have are backwards. I also actually enjoyed reading about the career cycles. I can see in myself where I am now, and I even look at other people in my company and can see where they are at this point in their life. But I seemed to learn a little more when I was given the scenario questions.
