         <description><![CDATA[<div>-responding with emotion, taking things personally, taking something as a personal attack. Not being able to distance job/role from personal. challenge not to convince but share.<br>-not thinking about outcomes and agenda when you have an evaluation aspect of your job. Outcomes focused work.<br>-strong physiological reaction if receiving a hostile reaction. Different to answer well and think straight if having that reaction. Fight or flight mode.<br>-  family connections within the school you work with. Slight concern that the negative reactions can impact family. <br>-  my own personality because I have a particular way loud and bubbly and chatty. I see myself in pupils in classroom and find myself bouncing off, remind myself that is not always helpful. Although the session may go really well on surface and people chatting , only those that resonated with me session worked for. What aspects of yourself can enhance your work and what aspects of your personality just resonate with certain people.<br>- How do you be authentic and still effective? <br>- Confidence and doubting ourselves</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-colleague holding belief systems that seemed to be jarring because  it was unexpected. Sharing our knowledge and ideas with each other<br>-  young people - being asked a question that is purposefully to knock you off. Question that seems rude and a wind up or they may really don't know.<br>-  challenge with teachers, interactions can be even more challenging, they assume you are on the same page. Assume they are adding to workshops but actually are undermining but you want to keep the good relationship with the school. Rather stressful when comments are left unchallenged.
