<title>An on course should be about “what students are going to learn”, not “what you are going to teaching”. The course design is a systematic process that can utilize a framework like this to guide the design process, and make sure all components are aligned. Missing any components of the framework will have impact on students’ online learning experience, and achieving the desirable learning outcomes.</title>

<title>Adopt various ways of presenting information to meet a diverse set of learning styles. I love to incorporate game style learning activities which I make optional so that learners who want to have mastery type training can but those who don&#39;t like that type of activity can choose another route to test their own knowledge levels. I think it is important to incorporate means for students to test their own levels of preparation before taking tests.</title>

<title>I like the idea of having multiple different types of activities and maybe choices between them. I also want to avoid busy work and know some students see discussion boards as this. Rather than using one technology throughout the semester, it seems a good idea to mix it up.</title>

<title>I like the use of Padlet. It is much more likely that I will read more comments in this manner than trying to follow a stream of 100 discussion board posts. I use discussion boards, but personally find them to be busywork. Padlet is really easy to use as well. And it does not have to follow a linear pattern.. very nice!</title>
