The Oder river is considered a limited flow. This is because the outflow has the lowest ratio to precipitation for any river flowing into the Baltic Sea. It has a mean depth of three feet and velocity of 3 feet/second, but a very wide range of volume. For instance, from 1951-1980, the discharge rate of the middle course of the river varied from only 5,510 ft3/second to 76,630 ft3/second!

Source:
https://www.britannica.com/place/Oder-River
