Hitler gets parts of Czeckslovakia

The west was hoping to just "scratch Hitler's itch" and he would just leave everyone alone by giving away a part of Czeckoslovakia (Check-is-slow-vak-eeah) called the Sudentenland (Sue-date-en-land) which Hitler claimed was mostly German speaking people.

Fighting begins in Europe

With Hitler annexing territory and getting concessions from western powers in Czechoslovakia (Sudentenland), he began looking for more land to take. Poland was in his sights, but he would not just be "getting" this land.

Nazi Germany responds by declaring war

With the US declaring war on the Japan, Germany returns to declare war on the US. WWII is now in full force with the Axis powers of Germany, Japan, and Italy, looking to control the world.
