We are the positive role model that children look up to for guidance. We can really have a positive impact on a child's life. Promoting diversity is key to making a diverse classroom. Cultural diversity is important whether that be implementing it into curriculum or providing multicultural books. 
According to the Ethnics Pedagogy reading how incorporating ethnic studies can really be beneficial for children, it opens a new perspective for children (Titiangco-Cubales, Kholi, Sacramento et at., 2019). I really liked the reading specially because it discussed the importance of ethnic studies.

In other words, values multicultural and believes that every student can contribute something to the class. A classroom where students identify culturally and respect each other.
