Uğur  Şahin: Hello my name is uğur şahin. I applied to work in the finance department.
Tunahan Batın: Hello my name is Tunahan and i also applied for the same position
Batuhan: Do you have any work experience if so what is it?
Tunahan Batın: I worked for 4 years at the ETI's finance office
Uğur şahin: ı dont have any work experience. I am applying as an intern. I graduated as the top student of the accounting department 
Uğur Manay: What are your salary expactations?
Uğur Şahin: Between 1500-2000€
Tunahan Batın: Around 2000-2200$
Batuhan:Can you tell us about your experiences? These maybe certificates or skils you have received
Tunahan Batın: I worked at ETI and during the time i had programming traning
Uğur şahin: ı recived certifacates of training such as human relations and marketing
Uğur manay: Do you comply with flexible working hours?Can you work late hours when necessary?
Uğur şahin:its okey for me ı'm an energetic and patient person
Tunahan Batın: I'm married and i have two kids i'm ready to work hard as long as i'm available
Batuhan: I under stand how are your relationships with people can you get a long quickly with your new colleagues
Tunahan Batın: I'm a friednly person i dont think there would ever be a problem 
Uğur Şahin: as i said before. I studied human relations. I will adapt quickly
Uğur manay: We need designs from creative and young minded employees it is important that you help your teammates 
Uğur şahin: i have been involved in various projects so far, many of which have received awards
Tunahan Batın: While i was having programming training i wrote a code that was used on accounting colculations and i received many awards thanks to this code

Batu:I think mr tunahan best option he is prone the teamwork and he is responsible person and very experience this department what do you think
Uğur Manay:you are right but Mr.Uğur is also the first in his department and has many certifacates. We need to take these into consideration as well
Batu:Training a rookie is difficult and costly
Uğur Manay:This is true,so it seems like the most logical think to choose Mr.Tuna
