IT IS AVOIDABLE

I choose this because if you avoid a conflict it makes the conflict worst ,and You don’t get to know each others issues where they got hurt or offended.eg. I have an agrument with my friend and I ghost her out, and I don’t talk to her .We won’t get to know about what she meant ,it may have created misunderstandings.However, the other person might have misconceptions or bad thoughts about u like “ how can she do that to me ,is she that arrogant , she wasn’t like that 🤔.”

The statement that is not true about conflicts is “It can be removed” because although you can avoid getting into them, it’s impossible to completely remove it. To completely remove it, everyone would have to silent about their opinions and keep their ideas to themselves just to not ‘start a conflict’. And that means that everyone wouldn’t get a chance to talk about something they like or what they believe in. If everyone tried to stay out of conflict, there would be no progress because nobody would give any suggestions. Sometimes, people don’t even realise they’re part of a conflict, it’s that natural. This goes especially for internal conflicts because it’s impossible to not think about what’s right and what’s wrong. You’d have to completely be 100% sure about something to not have an internal conflict, which would basically make us superhuman. That’s not possible.

Something that isn’t true about conflict in my opinion is that it is avoidable. Basically, my point is that there’s no way you can avoid it, sometime in the life you will experience it no matter how good you are. To prove my point this quote from Ronald Reagan states that “Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means." This quotation shows us that conflict is a part of life and it’s not avoidable, but the way we solve it, that’s what shapes us and our personality.

It is in human nature, and comes as a part of our uniqueness. Without conflict, it would be impossible to progress in society. For instance, World War led to nations being able to set their differences and disputes aside to be able to move forward together as a whole. Conflict can never be removed because every human has their own opinions, preferences and perspectives, which often leads to conflicts and disputes. These different opinions and perspectives are needed for society to progress, which is why they can't be removed.

The incorrect statement about conflicts that “It can be removed.” This is because although conflict is avoidable sometimes, conflict can never be “removed” as we are all different and we all have different opinions, ideas and beliefs, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove conflict.

Conflicts occur only when they are different opinions in a group of people and that is in every situation. Sure some people may agree with your opinion while others may have different ideas or choices. When a conflict occurs, it can be stopped, but never removed.

For example:

A person from your friend group thinks that a particular sports team is ok whilst you think that they are not good AT ALL. In this case, a conflict can occur in the group. It might not be able to removed, but it can be solved with a small discussion.

conflict is argument which happens between 2 individuals.It is something which cannot be avoided.For example if someone says something offensive to the person who is having conflict with , ofcourse the person will get pissed and give a reply back , they wont be quiet and not stand for themselves which will continue and continue...

Conflict always leads to negative outcomes.

REASON

You can’t stop conflict from happening. Even if you are always kind, people can still disagree. So, it is not true to say conflict can be avoided.

conflict can be avoided if

People listen to each other carefully.

They respect each other’s opinions.

They stay calm and don’t react with anger.

Small problems are solved early before they grow bigger

Example:

Two friends want the same seat. If one says, It’s okay, you can sit, they avoid conflict.

Conflict is avoidable:

Conflict is something that is in human nature, something you can not avoid. Conflict usually arises from differences in opinions within individuals. People do not like when you have your own opinion, and own perspective. They aren’t used to the fact that people have their own view on everything and difference in opinion isn’t always a bad thing. Without having our own perspective on anything, we are all simply the same without any uniqueness, and differences and preferences in opinion is something we need for society progress, therefore it is not avoidable and you will expect to go through a conflict once in your life.

"it can be removed" is not true about conflict. some people think that conflict is only with others but it can be with yourself too. it can be with opposing mindsets. conflict is so much deeper than people think it is. sure, conflict is avoidable but it cannot be completely removed. some conflict cant be helped, some can. because conflict is a result of feelings. to completely avoid conflict, youd have to be emotionless. the thing is, every display of emotions could cause atleast a few disagreements when presented to a wide society. to be simple, conflicts can never be removed, because the display of normal human feelings, opinions and thoughts cant be avoided whatsoever. because obviously, people were made to feel. and to feel brings consquences. whether you feel too much, too little or none at all. feelings cause opinions, and THAT cant be removed.
