- perhaps also to review my organisation or any future organisation's policies etc. & identify whether I feel they are upholding their Public Sector Duty & what they could do to improve if they are not

The dame would apply for ensuring diversity and inclusion in all the task/work that was brought forward. The aim of this been to offer a route to encourage people to be dedicated to succeed and have the determination to thrive from there past mistakes or ill judgement.
