You can get CEUs for a bunch of different workshops related to self care for interpreters. Some sample titles include "Applying a Growth Mindset," "Trauma & Vicarious Trauma," "Burnout Assessment for Interpreters," and more. This is a different approach to self care that isn't just spa days and meditation.

It could be water-walking, swimming laps, doing physical therapy stretches, or just treading water for an hour.
