Many individuals argue that we need to engage in vocational course to be electricians or plumbers due to the lack of this position, while the others want to go to university for academic certificates. Personally I partly agree with the former perspective, I would believe that we should go to university for some reasons.

One the onehand, jobs have not to require recognization from schools such as plumbers, electricians, tailors, etc... are crucial in some aspects. Firstly, they can help people who meet problems in thier house like toilet's problems, wifi's probems, etc. Additionally, joining in vocational training course offers affordable cost, it means they are cheaper than tuition fee at univercity so that this choice is suitable for everyone.

One the other hand, parents tend to want their son to choose "safe way" such as going to collage, university,etc... Because this way provides a certainly job when they graduate. Therefore, they can get a job without getting concered about unemployment. Moreover, engaging in university can help them improve their knowledge quickly by interacting with faculties or teachers. In addition, achieving certificates by graduating at university can offer high-paid job, which is the most aspriration of people. Ultimately, this choice can help them be more thoroughful and candid by participating in tests, which needs to prepare carefully before joining in it. This explains why many people go to university.

In conclusion, while academic environment helps people to enrich their knowledge by teaching and practising, As a result they can compete with other foreiners. I also believe that taking vocational training course is important due to they can help residents to fix some problems, the vocational training course is also cheaper than the other choices.

Many tend to say that people should be more encouraged to take vocational training due to a lack of qualified workers for electricians or plumbers and other conventional jobs with matching skills, i agree with this, with in the view point of the current social supply and demands.

With the rapid advancement and the ongoing race for technological might, it's easy for many to overlook more simple jobs, this is due to the gap in caliber that such jobs are tackling and it's also easy to look down on vocational jobs because people are blinded by more academic related jobs such as Mechanical Scientist, Researchers, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Biology Research and much more, it is a crime to understate the more conventional jobs, For intense, Something as simple as a Chef, Firefighters, Technicians, Constructions and Electricians are all very value for the the development of our society, furthermore, such jobs are the foundations that shape our city, society, housing, safety and so much more in the first place, jobs that set the foundation for the future are just as important as those that will lead us into the future.

We also have to take into account the background of individual when choosing a career, many lack the intelligent or simply lack the funds required to enter a universities or gain the knowledges required in the first place, so they would settle for a more simple job that can have a set of skill that can be easily learn without the recognizations from schools or such, moreover, most vocational training comes at a affordable cost some more than other depending on what jobs they're pursuing, said finally it all came down to preference, not all students also have an interest in such high-level jobs that they would prefer a more middle-class like job to stuck with, though for some cases such as construction, firefighters or electricians, there are various set of skills needed in order to be qualified for said jobs, we also have to take into consideration of the paygrade and income, not everyone would want to have a large source of income, since those would also come in the cost of never-ending work piles dumping on you, endless deadlines and so much more that not only could affect your physical but also mental health, for the exception of a few such as Firefighters and jobs that serve the same purpose, most middleclass jobs offers a more relaxing lifestyle with a modest paygrade, being enough to put food on the table for most.

To sum everything up, Although it's fair to see why you would want a academic level job, it doesn't hurt to dial it down for something more simple and wouldn't hurt if it suitable with your liking and personal background.

Many individuals argue that people should choosing vocational training instead of university because lack of well - trained workers. I totally agree with this statement because social need to balance these jobs and get a second chance when only university is risky.

Firstly, most people nowadays think that go to university is only way for child to have a good life. Although academic study is the safest but learners need to get for them a second chance . Some adolescents cant study well or don't have enough money to pay tuition fee, vocational training appear to help them use the best skills they have in their jobs with cheap price. Like chef, a job which don't need good study skill, instead, well technique and good experience in choosing ingredients are must. And the more well- performed in their job, the more money they will earn, and its even more than whose going to university.

Secondly, because mostly prefer academic study, lead to lack of qualified workers. This may cause haven't enough workers to run the company, such as electrician and plumbers. And vocational training will fill those vacancies by training skilled adolescences.

in conclusion, both way to learn is benefit learner by it own, academic study for knowledge, vocational course for experience.

It is believed that more people should do vocational training as there are many people go to university for academic study so there is not enough qualified workers. I partly agree with this view for the following reasons.

On the one hand, academic study is important for the developments of the nations, after getting academic study, people will have qualifications so they may have more chance to find well-paid jobs. Moreover, academic study helps people widen their knowledge in many fields so they will be able to do many different jobs. For example, after graduation, people can apply to many companies in many different fields and choose the job that best suits them, or they can do many different jobs at the same time to increase their wages.

On the other hand, there is also not enough qualified workers so more people should be encouraged to do vocational training, as there is not enough qualified workers, people can easily find jobs after graduation, vocational training is also cheaper than academic study so more people can have access to it. Moreover, people do some jobs that play important roles in the community such as electricians can be paid much more money than the other one who graduate universities. For instance, automotive mechanics can earn so much money from repairing cars, in many nations, welders work for big projects can have the dream salary.

In conclusion, encouraging people to do vocational training is essential as it makes more skilled workers and helps the nations grow stronger, but people can choose to go to university or do vocational training depending on their finance and their abilities.

It is argued that although numerous people go to university for education, people should be motivated to do vocational training due to the lack of skilled workers like electricians and plumbers. From my point of view, I believe that this statement is true as vocational training provides good job opportunities, it can also help meet the needs of the job market, and people around you will respect you.

First of all, vocational training provides good job opportunities, many jobs like electricians and plumbers are in high demand, and there aren’t enough qualified workers to fill these positions so if you do vocational training, it will provide you with practical skills that would help you get a good job. Moreover, jobs that require vocational training tend more stable than other jobs, so that means your career will be secure. For example, a friend of mine told me that his dad has been an electrician for 15 years and he got that job right after he did vocational training.

Secondly, it meets the needs of the job market, due to the lack of skilled workers, many companies will recruit you right after you finish vocational training, not like other jobs. For instance, according to research in Korea, about 93% of people get a job right after their vocational training.

Last of all, people in such jobs deserve respect, and although not everyone values this, the desire for respect is universal. Because of the nature of the work, few people pursue them, which often leads to greater respect from others.

In short, while many pursue academic studies at university, greater encouragement for vocational training is needed.

When the majority of people are going to unviversity for professional study, there will be a lack of qualified worker like elictrician and plumber. For that, more people are directed to do vocational training which i think is approriate and essential for the need of today's world.

To begin with, people can aquire those jobs which will be easy and needy. As for someone who are going on higher education, they will face with challenges of finding their career in what they have studied for a really long time whereas the ones above can jump right into work and start making budget.

In additional, job for plumber and elictrician maintain their worker a steady salary. For instance, those jobs mostly getting paid in perly hour or each issue, working for a comany such as Walmart, Target or any other specifically private company will, worker will always be needed in fixing the fans, sinks, water tubes and so on. They can be at short but if you keep working for long enough, the pay back will be worthy.

Lastly, it is a need for today's nonstop increasingly modern world. Qualified workers that taking everyday-new vocational training can be extremely important figure as they will do jobs that can not be replace by "artificial inteligent". In some developed country, while people dry out their mind and strengh to achieve technology related jobs without realizing there has been a lack of workers like plumber or elictrician that are so essential in every household and departments.

To conclude, to meet such high requirements of workers above, people should take those vocational trainings in this modern world full of teachnology related jobs that will soon be replaced.
