Design thinking is an approach to innovation, understanding customer needs, rapid prototyping, and generating creative ideas. When using design thinking you make decisions based on what customers want instead of basing it off evidence. The process for design thinking is Frame a Question, Gather Inspiration, Generate Ideas, Make Ideas Tangible, Test to Learn, and Share the Story.

There are many effective ways to connect with customers, but the most important thing before doing so is to ask how they prefer be contacted or engaged. Out of the 14 proven ways to connect with customers I believe Instagram and Monitoring Review Sites were the most effective. Instagram is one of the most used social media platforms today, companies can use instagram to engage with customers as well as encourage them to become more involved by positing contests and giveaways. With Instagram you're able to see if customers promoted your business and services, and see what they think about it. As for monitoring review sites, I see it as a great way to deal with customer feedback, you can see what your business is doing great in and what your business can improve doing.

It is important for teams to understand their development when it comes to meeting goals. There are four stages of team development Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing. Each stage has their own recognizable feelings and behaviors, you'll understand why certain things happen throughout those stages. Team members will start to feel frustration when working in their teams, but most groups are able to resolve any differences and continue to get the job done.
