Multicultural Literature- This can be used by incorporating the different cultures established among us. It expands on how it can be part of their story. The book "Life of PI" shows how one boy experiences spirituality and metaphysics at an early age. The novel shows different identities in cultural aspects from Spain, Canada, North America, Japan, India, Asia, and France (LitCharts. (2024). 

Case Studies- Proceeds to encourage students to gain a more practical perspective on learning. They can do this without having to go and search high and low for what they want to learn about.

Historical Events- These life events help guide towards growing and understanding the teamwork that goes alongside a completion. Not only that but this allows peers to go out of their comfort zone and find new things and or learn things. An example of this would be the American Civil Rights Movement.

Assessments/Quizzes- Allows the students to test their knowledge about a specific topic. Not only that but allows them to see where they are struggling in a certain topic.

Questioning- Students and educators can ask open-ended questions which leads them to problem-solve. This allows as well the concept of working with others and brainstorming.

Group Projects- Students can work with other students and create a friendly relationship to complete. This also allows them to use their creativity in the project.

Language Practices- Educate myself and other educators about different types of behavior. As well as use proper pronouns for others and respect their boundaries. Keeping this in mind, develop a rich classroom where there is use of complex vocabulary is the norm(Seamer,(2021).

Community Norms- Creating agreements among students and educators. With this, it helps students be on good terms with educators in the learning environment. Students will feel valued, heard, and supported.

Support- Welcoming students in classrooms where it is needed. This can include welcoming students in every day or asking how they are feeling every day. Building communication and support allows peers to be on the same page and be more comfortable.

Cultural Events- Holiday events being shown in the classroom such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and or even Christmas. It shows the background and cultural background of these events. Creating workshops also helps students express themselves and show visual information to other peers.

Parent Workshops-Helps parents adjust to learning styles with students. Create better communication and understanding of the students that allow them to be successful from an educational standpoint.

Parent-Teacher Conferences-These allow students and parents to meet from an educational standpoint while in an event. Parents can meet more than educators as there may be other students who come in contact during the meeting. Not only that but suggestions can be made for activities that involve students and parents.
