Reporting sexual abuse is often unattractive for women due to retaliation and lack of consequences for abusers. Men in the workplace are held to much higher standards than their female counterparts.In most cases woman would be over looked by their male counterparts with no reasonable explanation. People argue that with time and new laws that thing should "better" when in fact, it still has not changed. Women have to work 1000x harder to have get the same level of respect that their male colleague  recieves. Woman are treated this way outside of the workplace. Men will get praised for doing little things such as  taking out the garbage ,changing a babies nappy , spending quality time with his loved ones , cooking , cleaning etc , a woman will receive no such praise for those things  why you ask?  Because those things are expected of her . If she does not do it , she's lazy and does not care for her children. A man however , can not care for his child 360 days of the year but he when he decides to be a dad those few days , he's gets endless  praised . This has happened many timed throughout the centuries but we are currently in the 21st century. It's 2022 , woman deserve to be treated better , as equals. Woman deserve the utmost respect. Women are not treated fairly in the work place. Me are expected to be able to do a way better job than women and sometimes even get paid more for the same job. This is highly unfair since the job gets done either way. Also women skills are not taken seriously enough. Just by looking at media for an example, bafana bafana get paid so much and gets so air time on TV and yet they can barely get themselves in the world up soccer games where as banyana banyana wins so many games but gets paid less and less air time and also when they get air time it's basically in the middle of the night when no one watches TV.
