I hope you’re doing well! I’ve been meaning to tell you all about my trip to Switzerland last weekend, it honestly felt like an adventure. The mountains were breathtaking, and the fresh air made everything feel so calm, and did you know they speak two languages, German and French! The first thing we did was visit the old town of Bern, it was even prettier than the pictures. One of the locals greeted us with “Grüezi” (hello in German), and it made the city feel so much more welcoming.

We walked along shops, and even tried some traditional Swiss food. I had Rösti for the first time, it was delicious! As I looked around I thought, “C’est magnifique” (how wonderful it is in French), because the view didn’t even feel real. The lake looked so clear and peaceful, almost like ein Traum (a dream in German). I took so many photos—I can’t wait to show them to you.

I also bought you a small gift from one of the stalls. When I picked it out, I thought, “Hoffentlich gefällt es ihr” (hopefully she’ll like it in German). It reminded me of you right away. We also visited a chocolate shop and I said, “Mmm, délicieux!” (delicious in French) when I tasted the samples.

Overall, the trip was peaceful, exciting, and exactly what I needed. I really hope that one day you’ll get to visit a place like that too. Maybe we can even go together “Un jour peut-être” (one day maybe in French) or “Eines Tages” (one day in German).

It is frustrating sometimes, but I am starting to accept it. Forgetting does not make me careless. It just makes me human. And maybe it is not all bad because forgetting can help me let go and move forward.

Hey, I hope you’re all doing okay. I just wanted to write to you because I’ve been thinking a lot about us lately. We always talk about our future and our goals, and even though we’re only in game 9, it still feels like those things really matter. I want us to do well in school, but also not forget to have fun and just enjoy being kids sometimes.

I really hope that one day we get to travel together. I always imagine us going somewhere new, taking pictures, getting lost, and laughing about it. I want to viaggiare, see new places, and say ciao to people we don’t even know yet. It would be such a cool ταξίδι, just us, learning and growing together.

Sometimes I get scared thinking about the future, but when I think about us being insieme, it doesn’t feel so scary. These are our όνειρα, and I really believe we can make them happen μαζί. Even if things don’t go exactly as planned, I hope we’re still there for each other.

2.There is a theory that drinking post infancy is unnatural. It is true that humans are the only species to drink milk as adults. Research shows that we have genetically evolved to adapt to it. Milk products actually play an important role in keeping us healthy. Dairy products are rich in whey, protein, linoleic acid and calcium.

3.Fat in general is not a bad thing. The community is still debating the benefits of saturated fats. The other types of fats taken in moderation are good for us. Plant-based fats such as mono-saturated fats found in foods like almonds, avocado and omega-3 fatty acids found in fish offer many health benefits. These fats may reduce inflammation and improve the quality of blood.

4.It may seem that diet products such as light salad dressing are healthier choices to eat but often they are really not. Healthy food like this used to be popular, but many of these products remove the fat and replace it with added sugar. Large amounts of added sugar in the diet may be even more damaging to health than excessive dietary fat. A major study from CDC showed that people who consumed a lot of sugar were more than twice likely to die from heart disease. If you opt for a higher food, check the ingredients and food label to make sure that the fats have not been replaced with added sugar. We must study the reports of various researches before adopting any new mode of eating or food habit otherwise the result of the food plan may be opposite of what is expected.
