         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe students should be evaluated over the course of the unit with small formative assessments, not a cumulative summative assessment at the end. Formative assessments allow us to check for understanding as we move through the unit.</div>]]></description>

         <title>For a History class I believe students should be evaluated through an assignment that shows their learning like an essay or even a podcast. I feel that a student will hold on to that knowledge through an assignment like this. With mulitple choice quizzes/tests, students may forget what they learned as soon as that test is completed.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The UDL framework is important to keep in mind while building the foundation of the class. I must build my lesson plan with each student in mind. To ensure I am supporting each student and to know my plan is working, I'll do continuous surveys throughout the school year. These surveys will be conducted both 1-on-1 in person and through Google Form surveys.</div>]]></description>
