 Rowena counsels and cares for the elderly, takes good care of her friend’s auntie for nine years by helping her buy groceries and bring her to shopping malls. She also does it on her own will. 
 
What challenges might this person might face? 
 Rowena was facing challenges such as not being able to see her mom when she was sick, because the mom stays in KL. She also uses her own money to help others. 

How do you think this person was able to overcome these challenges? 
She was able to overcome these challenges by being resilient, and having people to support her such as friends and family. She added that age is just a number, so as long as she is healthy and strong enough, she will help as much as she can.
