I want to strive to understand why people may be falling behind, what they have difficulty with, and intentionally problem solve with them in a caring way while also holding people to this expectation.

Will see if other RMI's deem this to be a worthwhile idea for our team. I will incorporate more check-ins and encouraging messages vs. only slacking someone when something is wrong, they're falling behind, etc.
