         <description><![CDATA[<div>Questioning is an essential tool for teachers and students. It helps learners to engage higher-order thinking.<br>The purpose of questioning is to challenge, check understanding, recall, and summarize&nbsp; a knowledge, topic or experience. Questions can be refer as lower-level or higher-level according to Bloom's Taxonomy which is tool to determine if the goal of the teacher is matched to the question/s. Lower-level questions are intended for remembering, understanding, and applying levels of the taxonomy. On the other hand, analyze, evaluate, and create are for higher-level.<br><strong>Closed Questions</strong> have limited number of acceptable answers. They are used to check understanding and recalling.<br><strong>Open Questions</strong> allows students to have variety of answers which are often unexpected by the instructors.</div>]]></description>
