Instructions, briefing, rubrics, project template slides were posted in google classroom prior to short (15 min) F2F briefing in class.

Throughout the project period, students clarify with teachers via messaging and google classroom.
Whenever there's an update in the project by students, the teachers will give timely feedback to students and students get to be able to improve on their project immediately.

In the past, without ICT, it is difficult to give timely feedback and may have to use some curriculum time to address issues.
