1.There are lot of ways to encourage employees to work harder. It is divided into two different parts. For the extrinsic motivation, increasing employees monthly award or bonuses. For other hand is the intrinsic motivation, improving their positive working attitude. These behaviors are important to change employees motivation. In Hawthorne experiments, improving employees bad attitudes is the most essential way to change the productivity.

2. I think the issues of behavior are more important than money. Because, ethical behavior plays a significant role in a company. The company can make a lot of money, but without the constraints of moral behavior, it is meaningless to fail. The first thing to become a good company is to have ethical behavior. For example, the company of PICC has its own ethical behavior. One of the ethical behavior is honesty, such as in PICC Shigatse branch has made unprecedented achievements in working system and other aspects. That is why behavior are more important than money.

Businesses play a vital role in the motivation of employees. There are two ways a business can motivate its employees. It can use different combinations of financial and non-financial benefits. Although everyone work to earn money, it is not the only thing that motivates the employees. They need recognition for their hard work, they need to fulfil their social needs, they need to have a certain degree of freedom while working in a field which demands creativity because if they are strictly monitored, they are less likely to get out of their comfort zone and show their creativity.
Issues related with behaviour are more important than money because if the behaviour is good then people will prefer to work at that place than a place where they might get a higher pay but a cruel manager. However sometimes this is not the case because some people can bear the bad behaviour just to earn more but this might not continue for long and they might resign in the future.

There is no fixed answer for whether a manager should monitor their employees because managers should have a flexible mindset and make decisions regarding different scenarios. The correct managing method may be varied depending on the employee's need and the complexity of the work. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, people will have different stages of needs. It is not effective to manage an employee who wants money only in the job with indulgence. They might be lazy and perform low productivity if they know there are no consequences because their needs will be satisfied regardless of how they perform. On the other hand, if a manager is over-monitoring an employee seeking esteem or self-actualization in work, they might feel stressed and disrespected because they feel like the manager doesn't trust them and underestimate their ability. It would discourage them from working and limit their productivity. As a result, issues related to behavior are way more important than money. A high salary might be a good incentive for an employee to apply for a job. Still, behavior and decisions manager makes are the key factors that cultivate and retain good employees and encourage them to bring more value to the organisation.

The process of a company to motivate employees has a great impact on their performances. Generally, there are two types of rewards that are provided to motivate employees, which include internal and external rewards.Money benefit would not be effective all the time, other needs of the workers would also have to satisfy ,such as their social status ,independence and freedom .According the Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene theory , the hygiene factors such as financial rewards and working conditions are the factors that may cause negative impacts on their productivities bot nor necessarily help motivate them to perform better on their jobs.On the other hand, the motivation factors are more able to drive them to work harder. For instance, the achievement they got from their projects which may lead them to a feeling that they are important in their team and gain a sense recognition .In this case, the more they can contribute to the job, the employees are more likely to feel satisfied and improve their productivities .Therefore, issues related with behaviour are more important than money.A right balance between the managers and the workers should be reach,,otherwise counter effect may cause. Some of the projects which required more of their creativities ,thus managers could give more freedom to the employees and provide a chance foe them to showcase their abilities.Their job fulfilment will be higher rather than a financial reward is given.
