The children will learn how to describe the seasons. 

 

Notions: 

-       In spring, the flowers grow. 

-       In summer, it is warm and sunny. 

-       In autumn, it is windy and it rains a lot. 

-       In winter, it is cold outside.

Input fase:
In the input fase we'll discuss the pictures from the video and talk about the seasons.

Practice fase:
The children will practice in teams of four. Each child will practice one season, the other children can help if needed. After every round, they switch seasons.

 

Introduction phase:
We start the lesson with naming the fruits and vegetables we brought. Then we play the disappear game, we name the fruits and vegetables and cover them with a towel, we take one away and ask wich fruit is missing. 

Input phase: 

Luka plays the fruitseller, Nick plays the buyer. We show them how it is supposed to go, so we give the good example. 

 

Practice phase: 

They are going to practice in teams of two. One is the seller and one is the buyer. 

Function: they can sell and buy fruits. 

Notion: Hello goodmorning, would you like to buy some fruit? 

                Goodmorning! Yes please, I would like some…………….(fruit)
