Many of these process steps in general feel familiar with regard to many of the grant projects, how they are researched, developed, proposed, implemented, and assessed. The strength and specificity of the equity lens is certainly something that we've been missing.

Maybe from a program-development perspective, we would need to approach it more generally in order to complete the pre-planning phase and involve stakeholders explicitly.
